This was done under the directive of: "draw some sort of insect looking extremely large, next to something that would normally be much bigger than it." It was also meant to be practice with watercolors, but I'm fairly sure I knew more about watercolors than the professor, so I just muddled through with this one. I chose a tiger, since I so love tigers, and in contrast a six-spotted "tiger beetle". The backround was just an excuse to use pale pinks, greens, and purples. |
