In the year 2005, my three friends and I had great dreams of moving into the apartment-style dorms of the SCAD campus called Boundary Village. Previously, we'd been living in old converted Ramada Inn buildings, complete with roaches and noisy neighbors. Boundary Village rooms were in high demand, though, and we knew there were limited spaces. We got there at 5pm, though the doors to the sign-up room would open the next morning at 8am. It was a long night in that hallway. People brought TVs and mattresses. It was crazy. These two pages were inked for a class, rather hurriedly. |
