This two-page comic was for a Comics Painting assignment.  We were meant to show a character, any character, sitting in a living room in a city building, watching TV.  Then a "large woman" in the kitchen calls to him to go look out the window, so he gets up the look.  The second page is a fill-in-the-blank ending, showing what he sees out the window (it's meant to b something impressive) and his reaction to it.

 I chose Death.  In sweats.  With a few visual jokes slipped in.  He's wearing a Blue Oyster Cult hoodie (figured he'd be a fan) and around the room are lots of clocks, all reading 8:23.  823 is a number that haunts me personally, so I thought I'd include it.  This entire comic was painted with watecolor, and with no reference.  My favorite part of this page is the bunny slippers and the open bag of chips.
